Applications for 3D Printed Parts

We can help you choose the right material for your application.

Rapid protoypes

Real 3D printed parts will reduce lead time when bringing new parts to market.  This in turn will save money and make your company more competitive.  Test the fit, function and marketability before incurring tooling costs.  Use as samples for salesmen and trade shows.

production parts on demand

Limited production parts can be produced with zero tooling costs.  No mold, no machining, no forming, molding or trimming.

jigs and fixtures

In house production tools based on the same CAD designs used for the production of part designs.

thermoforming molds

These molds are porous, no vacuum holes needed in most cases.  Thermoforming molds in days not weeks.  For sample parts or production runs.  Can be printed using PC for short runs of ABS and similar materials.  Ultem 1010 with a heat deflection temperature of 415 degrees F.  for permanent molds and for forming higher temperature materials.
